New Lawn — Seeding and Sod

New lawn from scratch — seeding or sod. Seeding suits larger plots, from €1.85/m² for a 500 m² plot (the rate per m² drops on larger plots). Sod gives instant results in 1–2 days, from €8.50/m². Base preparation includes vegetation removal, tilling, levelling and an 8–10 cm topsoil layer.

Topsoil and Lawn Add-ons

Topsoil delivered and spread — €17/m³. The recommended minimum layer is 10 cm, so a 100 m² plot needs about 10 m³, i.e. €1.70/m². Topsoil can be added to seeding or sod and the quantity is calculated automatically from your area. Further protection for a new lawn: anti-mole mesh, agro textile against birds and drying out, and seasonal fertilisation.

Site Preparation and Ground Works

Land grading with specialised equipment, slope formation, drainage planning, surface compaction. Trench digging, earthworks, drainage installation and clearing of neglected plots. We carry out this hardscaping work both ahead of a new lawn and as a standalone project.

Boundary wire installation, charging station setup, calibration and maintenance. Robots mow automatically, holding ideal height without your time.
